Free Realms Is Down For Maintenance -- Free Realms Still Unavailable to Players. *UPDATED*

Following last nights problems with the Security Certificate, Free Realms and all SOE (Sony Online Entertainment) sites and forums have gone down for maintenance. While it says that this Maintenance was scheduled, there was no word from the Ambassadors on Free Realms that the site would be taken down for any period of time.

There is no word yet on when Free Realms and other SOE games will be available to play once again, or if this maintenance will address the Security Certificate Expiration. Stay tuned to FreeRealmsInsider.com for more updates as they become available!

Update (August 9th @ 8:42am EST): Thanks to member Vestaloyne for informing us that the servers will be down from 2am to 8am PST (5am to 11am EST) according to The Agency Facebook page.
