Problems of time

lately i have been looking at what time i post stuff and what time the forum says i did . when i looked today at what time i posted the end of the art contest , my pc said i did it at 2:39 p.m but the forum says i did it at 3:40. i know my clock isnt wrong beacuse i checked it with the tv guide and the clocks around the house . can anyone explain this ? / i live in eastern time zone /

The reason the clocks seem off is because we are using a server based in europe. Sinza created the web site and he lives in Wales. So the server is from somewhere over there and bases things on their time. Sorry for the confusion.
